In the workshop you will experience a series of guided meditations.  You will gently expand your ability to tap into deeper creative sources.  You will be encouraged to interpret and express your experiences using provided art materials.
This workshop is open to anyone desiring to enhance their creative output.  Drawing or painting skills are not required.  Rediscover the creative you!

This workshop is an introduction to core concepts of indigenous spirituality where we experience the seen and unseen worlds.  Journeying from one level of reality to another, we sometimes discover that everything (human, animal, mineral and plant) is connected.  Sometimes everything is separate.  Along the way we seek caring and supportive spirits.
